Bert is a lovely young prospect for the hunter ring! He has experience competing at Silver/B rated shows in the Hunters up to 2'3 and recently completed his first Hunter Derby, where he placed 8th out of over 100 entries! He makes it up the lines easily and has a flying change that is not automatic yet, but will be with time! Requires minimal prep for the show ring. He is learning basic dressage (wtc, leg yielding, shoulder in). He hacks out well around the property and horse shows. If he gets a bit spooky about something, he is easy to work through it! He will require an experienced rider due to his age in order to continue to develop him to his full potential!

He is an old soul type who is great to work with on the ground for all handling. He is great for the vet and farrier. Loads and trailers well. He is a pleasure to have in the barn and is one of everybody's favourites!
