Sale Information

Bill Nack was named after the famous American Journalist William “Bill’ Nack who wrote Secretariat: The Making of a Champion. He followed his career since he was a 2 year old until his recent passing. He knew his namesake was special and that he has turned out to be.
Wilson as we call him did well in his racing career but is excelling in his second career as a Show Hunter. He is very easy to ride with his lovely scopey jump, his knees are always square and up to his eyeballs and then will canter down to a perfect lead change. With his natural 12’ stride he sets himself as soon as you pick up the canter. It is easy to find the jumps. I see this horse being a top rated Thoroughbred, Jr/Am, or Small Hunter. He is very professional and enjoys working and traveling to shows.

Notes on Previous Injuries: He blew an abscess on his right front in the early part of August
